Best Practices in the College Office

Learning Leaders is starting a discussion about best practices in the college office.  This will be a forum where information can be shared, questions asked, discussions take place, etc.  For instance one volunteer is curious how other college offices work with group workshops.  When are they held, what are the topics, etc.  If you are able to share on this topic please do so by adding a comment using the link below.
