Lawrence University is Coming to New York City!

In a couple of weeks, Steve Syverson (our vice president for enrollment) and I will be returning to New York to select Lawrence University’s fifth Posse class. While we’re in the city, we’ll be offering a few slots for interviews.

If you are working with students for whom you think Lawrence would be a good fit, we would welcome the opportunity to meet with them for a brief, 30- to 45-minute interview during the times listed. Please have them contact me directly to schedule an interview. While we don’t require interviews for admission or scholarship, many students find them helpful tools to envision whether they and Lawrence would be a good match. (If students can’t meet with us while we’re out there, we also offer GreenInterviews, which are simply phone or Skype interviews. Students can contact Teege Mettille, our coordinator of mid-At lantic recruitment, directly.)

As we have in the past, we are making time to connect with independent counselors while we’re there. If you would like to meet and discuss Lawrence or any aspect of our admission process and philosophy–or simply to have a cup of coffee–we’d be delighted to schedule a time to do so. Please contact me if you are interested and available.

Thank you for your time!
