The Teen Resource Center (TRC) of the Charles B. Wang Community Health Center is currently recruiting teens in their sophomore to senior year of high school to apply for the Community Service Learning Program (CSLP). CSLP is a 6 month paid internship-training program, running from March to August 2011. Each intern will work a total of 150 hours at a non profit site as well as 50 hours working towards the culmination of a final multimedia project centered on dispelling the model minority myth. Upon completion of program, interns will be provided certificate of recognition, future letter of recommendation, and stipend.

Completed applications must be submitted through email, mail or in person to the Teen Resource Center located at 125 Walker Street, 2nd fl., New York, NY 10013 during the TRC’s open hours M-F 3-7pm and Sat & Sun 2-6pm. The deadline to apply is Friday, February 18, 2011 by 7pm.
