ARIS Parent Link Trainings

Here’s an opportunity for our College Planning Volunteers to learn more about the ARIS Parent Link technology used in our schools:

The New York City Department of Education is pleased to announce ARIS Parent Link training opportunities for Community Based Organizations. ARIS Parent Link is a free website that provides parents of NYC public school students with information about their child’s academic progress and is translated in to Arabic, Bengali, Chinese, French, Haitian Creole, Korean, Russian, Spanish and Urdu.

The New York City Department of Education offers free, hands-on training for CBOs. The goal of the training is to provide CBOs with ARIS Parent Link information and resources so that you can turn-key this information to your community. CBOs are invited to get involved by joining one of our upcoming training sessions or hosting a workshop at your center for your organization.

Join other community organizations for an interactive computer-based session on ARIS Parent Link. During this ninety minute session (from 10:00am – 11:30am), you will learn about ARIS Parent Link and strategies to empower families.
