Think College New York Community of Practice where individuals with disabilities, families, schools and service providers come together to share resources for inclusive post secondary education for students with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Anyone in New York State is welcome to join the Think College New York Community of Practice.
A statewide initiative led by the Institute for Innovative Transition at the University of Rochester, and in collaboration with the Lawrence B. Taishoff Center for Inclusive Higher Education at Syracuse university, Think College at the Institute for Community Inclusion (ICI) at the University of Massachusetts-Boston.

New York Database of Post secondary Options for Students with Intellctual and Developmental Disabilities: is an effort to disseminate information across the state, a statewide database of programs is located at www.nytransiton.org/thinkcollegeny.
