cIcu May Newsletter English and Spanish

The May 2011 edition of the Commission on Independent Colleges and Universities monthly newsletter, cIcu College Connections Vol. 4, No. 9, is attached (see the download link below). This is the last edition for the 2010-2011 academic year.
