You’re invited to our next Graduate NYC! Community Best Practices Forum, which will take place Tuesday, April 9th, from 9:30am-12:30pm! Graduate NYC! hosts the Community Best Practices Forum series to provide opportunities to learn more about the latest research and best practices in college readiness and success.
April’s Forum will allow extended time to focus on what it takes to create and maintain successful partnerships. The Forum will include:
- Opening and closing speakers, who will address research in the field and provide insight into key features of effective community partnerships that support college readiness & success.
- Break-out sessions that focus on what can be learned from different types of partnerships in practice (for example, partnerships among the NYCDOE, CUNY, CBOs, and the private sector).
- Practical tools that attendees can apply to creating, maintaining, and assessing their own partnerships.
