Cooper Union’s Women in Engineering Event

The Cooper Union‘s Women in Engineering event will take place on the evening of Thursday, March 13, 2014, on our campus at 41 Cooper Square (The New Academic Building). We would love for you to attend!

Join the Dean of Cooper Union’s Albert Nerken School of Engineering, Teresa Dahlberg, along with faculty, students, and alumni, to discuss the unique opportunities an education at The Cooper Union has to offer aspiring and interested female engineers. Please find the agenda below:

  • 4:30-5:30: Pre-event optional campus tours
  • 6:00-7:30: Presentations featuring Dean of Engineering Teresa Dahlberg, Cooper alumna Kelly Smolar, and a current student panel moderated by Jolie Woodson of the Career Center
  • 7:30-8:00: Refreshments, mix-and-mingle, and more optional tours

Please note: this event is geared toward high school women, along with their families and educators.
